Our very informal and caring programme consists of one to one chats, usually in the freedom of parks, beaches, even bars, rather than in stuffy clinics.  We also run residential retreats where people come together to share experiences, not of what they went through, but of HOW THEY CHOSE TO SURVIVE and GROW EMOTIONALLY. 

 

Over the last 20 years, we've informally helped thousand's of people become true SURVIVORS.  We've worked with people from all types of backgrounds, suffering all types of loss.

 

We are NOT a religious group.  We are NOT political.  We are extremely descreet.  We're simply to help people like you to help thmselves overcome loss and bereavement.

 

We run residential retreats in southern Spain and in Ireland.

MANAGING LOSS AND GRIEF:

TECHNIQUES THAT WORK!

Getting over loss or grief takes time.  There are no fast cures. 

 

However, you journey towards 'normality' and a happier life can start and should start from today.  For some people, grieving is a lenghty process; for others it's short.  In general, we don;t choose how long we grief for, the grief process just happens.  However, by learning about various stages of grief, by being realy listened to by others, and by choosing to help yourself to move forward, the process of overcoming grief can be made much more comfortable and healthier.
