Coaching Leaders in DIvided Communities
Our leadership & personal development coaching programme is usually done in classroom and residential type settings. Optional psychometric testing can be included to help you monitor your progress.
Recent leadership and personal development work has been done in conjunction with Leitrim County Council, the Clinton Centre in Enniskillen and the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and has involved working with intercultural fora, universities in Kosovo and the USA, and custodial care settings.
